Your information
Privacy, considered from the beginning.
Inquiry details
The Marriage Portrait, by DNA Premium Portraits, uses the details you submit to understand your commission, review practical requirements, and coordinate a response. The form sends your answers only when you submit. Partially typed personal information is not sent to the studio.
Portrait guide requests
When you request the planning guide, we save your email, optional first name, page context, guide edition, submission time, and separate email-marketing choice. The PDF is available immediately on the website. When email delivery is configured, the address you provide is also used to send the copy you requested. That requested delivery is separate from marketing: requesting a guide does not subscribe you to marketing unless you select that option. A local preference limits repeat invitations to once per session and remembers dismissal for 30 days. Completed requests suppress future invitations on that browser. No form answers are stored in those preferences.
Contact preferences
Email, phone, and text preferences are recorded separately. Providing a phone number does not itself authorize text marketing. Optional email and SMS marketing permissions are unchecked and are not required to inquire. Surprise plans, private inquiries, and boudoir requests are handled using the inquirer’s selected safe channel. We use your stated occasion, timing, and planning preferences to tailor our response; a spouse is not automatically contacted.
Consultation time requests
If you request a consultation time, your preferred dates, time windows, time zone, and submission time are saved with your existing inquiry. We use the contact preferences already recorded with that inquiry to coordinate the conversation. Submitting preferred times does not confirm an appointment or reserve a portrait session. Your browser remembers a request identifier and whether it was received to prevent accidental repeat submissions; typed time preferences are not saved in browser storage.
Storage and photographs
Accepted inquiries are stored securely by the site. Your receipt is kept in your browser session so you can return to the next step. Optional room photographs are private planning material, not public gallery submissions. They are stored separately from public website imagery and are linked to your inquiry.
Optional private-session requests
If you ask about the boudoir add-on, we retain that interest, your self-selected planning role, and your safe-contact preferences with your private inquiry. These answers are not advertising event properties and are not included in the on-screen receipt. We use them for personal follow-up; general marketing consent does not request boudoir-specific messaging.
Requested emails and private follow-up
When email delivery is configured, the email provider processes the recipient address and message content needed to deliver a requested guide or neutral inquiry acknowledgement. Studio-owner notifications contain a link to the protected inbox, where inquiry details can be reviewed. Private-session and surprise-gift contact instructions govern replies: automated acknowledgements use neutral wording and are not sent by email when your safe contact choice requires another channel. A spouse is not automatically contacted, and marketing permission does not override your private-contact instructions.
Studio follow-up records
The studio may record owner-only sales stages, quoted values, and timestamps to organize personal follow-up and review its sales process. These internal records are not public. A recorded stage or quote is not, by itself, evidence of a confirmed booking or payment.
Measurement and service providers
Google Analytics measures page views, selected site actions, guide requests and accepted inquiries only after you allow optional analytics in Privacy preferences. Separately, with your advertising permission, Meta may receive browser and server conversion events, ad-click/browser identifiers, and SHA-256 hashed email or phone details from submitted requests to match ad results. Hashing does not make contact information anonymous. Guide interest, accepted inquiries and personally reviewed qualified leads are separate signals; a completed guide request is not a qualified commission. Advertising choices are separate from email and text marketing permission, and can be changed in Privacy preferences. Withdrawing advertising permission stops later browser events and requests withdrawal for saved, unsent conversions from this browser. If offline, that withdrawal stays in your browser for retry on your next visit or reconnection. Previously delivered or in-flight requests cannot be undone. These services send events only when configured. Privacy preferences are stored locally in your browser. No anniversary dates, budget answers, gown choices, notes, room images, or contact details are used as analytics event properties. HighLevel processes inquiry details and a private planning summary for the studio’s response and follow-up. Your role, anniversary timing, and private-session choices are not sent as advertising event properties.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing and still inquire. To request a correction or deletion, use the inquiry form, choose a safe response channel, and explain the request in your note. No payment card data is collected by this website.
