You can give the commission as an invitation and choose the season and concept together. If your anniversary falls during a period unsuitable for the preferred outdoor plan, the gift and portrait dates can be different. We confirm feasibility before a session or delivery date becomes a commitment.
You can wear your own gown, obtain one, request session-gown sourcing by arrangement, or choose other formal attire. Fit, availability, and any sourcing cost are confirmed before you reserve.

Desert texture or architectural simplicity
The Indian Canyons offer a potential direction built around palms, rock, and desert landscape, subject to the landowner's photography process and a suitable site plan. A privately arranged architectural setting is an alternative, not an assumed inclusion. We select one setting and plan clothing and light to work within it.
Dwayne is based in Northern California and available in Palm Springs by private commission or announced visiting dates. The proposal accounts for the chosen location, conditions, comfortable access, and any special permissions. Artist travel is quoted separately for the agreed itinerary, with private property charges and unusual production needs confirmed before reservation.

Choose the Masterpiece finish to make your gift a hand-embellished canvas. Digital painting, acrylic texture, and hand-applied color bring qualifying artwork sizes into their finished form. Classic photographic artwork is also available.

Planning your commission.
Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and the Coachella Valley
Your current home and the portrait setting are considered separately. One selected location is confirmed after access, production, wardrobe, and timing have been reviewed.
Tell us when you want to present the gift and, separately, whether you need the completed artwork by a particular date. No deadline is promised before review.
Does a desert concept require hiking?
No. We discuss walking, footwear, clothing, and comfortable access before choosing a site. A dramatic setting must still work for the people in the portrait.
Can we use a private home or architectural property?
We can consider it with the property's permission and a practical production plan. Any location charge is included in the written quote.
Is Indian Canyons access included automatically?
No. It is a creative possibility. We must confirm the appropriate permission, site, conditions, and any charges for the actual activity.
